Vinyl Siding is covered by a “manufacturers limited warranty” (Life-Time, transferable at resale of home to a 50 year warranty) which is enforced only if the manufacturers written siding procedures are followed (as is the case with all siding warranties).

If those procedures are not followed, your only choice is to try and remedy the situation through the installing contractor.

Labor Warranty

Virginia state law does not require a labor warranty. This is why dealing with a stable, established company is so vitally important.

As your contractor, Aikey's Home Imrovements, LLC warrants all workmanship for the same length of time that the manufaturer warrents the materials. All materials are covered by the manufacturers warranty, and any material claims shall be routed to the manufacturer. Materials are covered in this warranty only if installation was the cause of material failure.

All claims for either the material warranty, or the labor warranty shall be made through Aikey's Home Improvements, LLC. You may contact us in writing at:
